– PT Potum Mundi Infranusantara (POTUM), a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), has sold its entire 26.957.547 shares in PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara (TBN) to PT Bahtera Hijau Mandiri (BHM).

TBN conducts business in the field of water and wastewater treatment. Dahlia Evawani, Corporate Secretary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure, explained that from this sale, POTUM will receive IDR 55 billion according to the agreed transaction value.

“The implementation of this transaction has the potential to reduce the company's assets and equity,” wrote Dahlia in a statement on Tuesday (27/12).

However, the company believes that the implementation of the Transaction Plan will not have a negative impact as the company currently has sufficient working capital and cash flow to carry out the company's operational activities.

“The transaction is not a material transaction as referred to in the Financial Services Authority regulations and is not an affiliated transaction,” she added.

POTUM is a META subsidiary, which is the parent company and shareholder for all clean water and infrastructure management business units in the company's group.

Meanwhile, Tirta Bangun Nusantara holds 28% of the shares of PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri, which is the concession holder for the provision of the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) at the Cikokol Water Treatment Plant (IPA) in Tangerang City.

The SPAM at the IPA Cikokol has a total installed capacity of 1,575 liters per second and has been in operation since June 11, 2004.
