Bersama Zatta Jaya (ZATA) has increased the authorized capital of its subsidiary by IDR 500 billion

-- PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA) has announced an increase in the authorized capital of two of its subsidiaries, PT Bersama Zatta Mulya (BZM) and PT Bersama Dauky Mulya (BDM). 

The value of the funds invested by the company, led by Commissioner Abdullah Gymnastiar, is almost half a trillion. The CEO of ZATA, Elidawati, said that the company has increased the authorized capital of BZM from IDR 100 billion to IDR 500 billion. This is divided into 5,000,000 shares, "said Elidawati in her statement at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), quoted on Friday (23/12/2022).

The company also increased the paid-up capital of BZM from IDR 52.5 billion to IDR 167.25 billion, which is divided into 1,672,500 shares. This increase was made through the issuance of 1,147,500 new shares.

As for BDM, the company increased the authorized capital from IDR 10 billion to IDR 100 billion, which is divided into 1 million shares. ZATA also increased the paid-up capital of BDM from IDR 2.5 billion to IDR 31.3 billion, consisting of 313,000 shares. This was done through the issuance of 288,000 new shares.

Elidawati revealed that all of the new shares of both subsidiaries have been taken up by ZATA.

Following this, ZATA's ownership of BZM is 1,672,499 shares with a nominal value of IDR 167.24 billion. As for BDM, ZATA owns 312,999 shares with a nominal value of IDR 31.29 billion.

Shareholders in the name of Hajjah Elidawati are also recorded as holding 1 share of BDM and BZM with a nominal value of IDR 100,000.
