Receh.in - Indonesian publicly-traded firm, PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR), plans to distribute an interim dividend of IDR 16 per share for its 2023 fiscal year.
According to information disclosed by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), AMOR's board of directors and board of commissioners made the decision to distribute the dividend on January 25, 2023. AMOR will distribute a total of IDR 35.4 billion in interim dividends.
The distribution is based on AMOR's financial report as of December 31, 2022, which showed a net profit of IDR 46.36 billion. The retained earnings, with unlimited allocation, amount to IDR 50.62 billion and the total equity is IDR 280.47 billion.
On Friday, January 27, 2023, AMOR's stock closed down 2.90% at IDR 1,340 per share with a market capitalization of IDR 2.98 trillion.
Based on the stock price, AMOR's dividend yield is 1.19% and the dividend payout ratio is 76.4%.
AMOR's dividend schedule is as follows: cum dividend for the regular and negotiation market on February 6, 2023, ex-dividend for the regular and negotiation market on February 7, 2023, cum dividend for the cash market on February 8, 2023, and ex-dividend for the cash market on February 9, 2023. The list of eligible shareholders for the cash dividend will be published on February 8, 2023 at 4 PM local time and the payment will be made on February 24, 2023.
